She immediately recovered out loud and feels that helped keep her recovery strong over the last 15 years. Lauren has faced challenges as a Mom which led her to start Mom Recovery Coaching. She and a team of certified recovery coaches provide group support to Moms in recovery from anything. Lauren loves people and enjoys connecting with others wherever she goes, especially those in the recovery community.
